    Lenovo Idea pad 3 "sleeping" when pressing shutdown


    I'm having an issue with my new laptop when I open the start menu and press shutdown it seems to shutdown everything turns off.

    When I turn the laptop back on i checked task manager and saw the up time was still counting from when I last used my pc and the battery has lost some charge.
