Windows 10: Lenovo Ideapad - Airplane mode won't turn off

Ive tried everything i know, which isn't a lot, I've downloaded drivers on a different computer and installed them on the laptop and it hasn't made any difference. I'm at a loss. Please help

Unable to turn off airplane mode.

My laptop lenovo ideapad 310, I'm unable to turn off the airplane mode. It's all grayed. What should I do?

 

Cannot turn off airplane mode

Cannot turn off airplane mode & turn on wi-fi connection - button grey. (There is no separate on/off switch on my Lenovo ideapad)

Currently connected using lead to modem
