Windows 10: Lenovo ideapad c340 windows 11 stuck on welcome screen / stuck on logo

I have lenovo ideapad c340, after watching a yt video , i just turn of the laptop with power button, no proper shutdown, after an hour when i tried to open my laptop , i wont open, it just stuck on welcome screen, then i tried to force shutdown by pressing and holding power button, then i tried to open laptop but it won't, i did it two to 3 times, after that my laptop stuck on logo, this time no sign in option, no power or restart button shown, then i tried again force shutdown this time i got trouble shooting options , cmd prompt , sfc scannow,, in cmd prompt, it shows the corrupted files are

Lenovo Ideapad 100 stuck logo screen

So last night i put my laptop on my bed (lenovo ideapad 100) and i let it do the new windows 10 updates and i left because i had some work, after 2 hours i came back and see its still working and it
only shows the lenovo logo screen, the same thing i encounter now, i tried to reinstall it with a usb and cd but no result it only shows black screen. I put the boot priority good and enabled usb boot. Any help?

 

Lenovo Ideapad C340 camera app sound

Hi there, Looking for some suggestions. My Lenovo C340 Ideapad is playing music on Spotify, I am using the Camera app to record myself on video, when I speak on the video it records OK. But the sound of the music isn't heard on the playback. Why is this? Obviously the microphone is on as it hears me talking, the speaker is working as I can hear the music. Thanks for any help.
