Windows 10: Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 laptop sometimes just randomly freezes then restarts once or twice...

So my Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 laptop sometimes just randomly freezes then restarts once or twice a day for no reason. It's not even when im doing something intensive like gaming, its just normal use like watching youtube or scrolling through a webpage. Upon looking on event viewer, I always see this error whenever it happens:Event 7034, Service Control ManagerThe cnex service terminated unexpectedly. It has done this 1 times.Does anyone know how to fix this? Its really messing up my work.

I purchased this laptop about three months ago. During the first two months or so, it works wonderfully without any problems at all. Then at the start of last month, it suddenly froze when I played CS 2, even roblox , and it has been continually freezing during games. There's nothing that can be done to it once it freezes except rebooting it using the restart button. I've checked it and all drivers are up to date, The RAM is still plentiful, and scanned for any viruses or bugs and there are nothing, and all the system scans found nothing is wrong with it.
It is very frustrating since I paid good money for this laptop, expecting it to work as advertised.
