Windows 10: Lenovo laptop BSOD WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR

Hello there, I've been having some problems with my laptop for a while now.So, to summarize everything, a few months ago, my laptop started crashing all of a sudden, and I thought that maybe a program made it crash or something else, but it continued up until now. As the title says, the error message I get is WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. When it boots back up, it takes longer for it to boot into windows, but right before it does, it crashes again with the same error message, and then when the laptop reboots, it goes straight to the bios menu, and I have to shut it down and then start it back up t

Multiple 0x0000009c BSODs on Windows 10 Lenovo Laptop

Symptoms:

• Windows 10 Pro BSODs randomly (after freezing). I have almost 12 identical dumps (attached).
• There seems to be no pattern to it but sometimes it happens when the machine is idle.
• The machine just hangs and then eventually reboots -- most of the time I don't even see a BSOD screen, it just goes from a frozen screen to reboot and the dump is generated.

Steps Taken With No Success:

• Ran full memtest with no issues.
• Clean Windows reinstall.
• Changed from HDD to Crucial SSD.
• Updated BIOS and drivers to what I think are the latest (manufacturer website).

Important System Characteristics:

• Lenovo Z70 laptop with dual Intel 5500 and nVidia GeForce 840M graphics cards
• Virtualization technology is turned on in BIOS in order to run virtual machines
• The BSODs stopped for a good while and then started up again quite frequently lately. I haven't been able to pinpoint any changes in how I use the machine.

Most of the dumps seem to point to intelppm.sys --I'm not sure where to go from here.I have attached the output of the information DM log collector. I have gone through all the files and sanitized them to remove any sensitive personal information (according to me) but that shouldn't affect the integrity of the information.

 

Lenovo Legion Y740 - BSOD - WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR after hibernate

A fairly new Lenovo Legion Y740 which is still under warranty, has started to show BSODs with the WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR after the computer is turned on and returns from hibernation. This started happening after the last Lenovo system update was applied. This system update included a BIOS upgrade as well as updates to Intel graphics, WiFi and Bluetooth drivers.

WinDbg !analyze -v and !errrec show incomplete information even though recent symbol files are being downloaded.

I would very much appreciate help in identifying the culprit of these BSODs.

Lenovo Laptop BSOD

Hello,

My Lenovo Laptop (Lenovo Ideapad 3) is getting random BSOD errors.

After not turning it on for some time (like a week or so) it goes back to normal (no BSOD) but after using it for like 3-4 hours it starts to get BSODs again.

The OS is Windows 11 23h2.
