Windows 10: Lenovo Laptop Problem.

NEED HELP!!!! I’m writing this for my friend, but using her account so everything is happening with this account. She has a Lenovo Laptop that was working just fine, but decided to stop. It keeps getting stuck on the loading screen after the Lenovo logo. I’m more known with technology than her, but I feel as if I’ve done everything I can do. I have gone through google and many different websites trying to fix the problem, going through troubleshoot and everything. The problem originally started when trying to reset the computer due to other problems. Its fairly old as well. Also, whenever we t

Suggest new laptop/notebook

If portability is the main goal, in spite of graphics topping your requirement list, I'd rather go for Lenovo or Xiaomi (as far as I know, they're big players in your area) as I'm pretty much fed up with most of the traditional brands (I had terrible problems with HP, dell and acer, which's the best one among these in my experience).

So... A thinkpad as already suggested or a Xiaomi Air xx.

Fingerprint scaner does not work as expected in Lenovo laptop

What is the model of the Lenovo laptop wherein the fingerprint scanner does not work?

Since the issue involves working of the fingerprint scanner which came inbuilt with the Lenovo laptop, I would request you to contact the laptop manufacturer.

In the meanwhile you can execute the Hardware and devices troubleshooter and then check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select
  Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.
  
• 
  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
