Windows 10: Lenovo Laptop reset stuck

I have reset my Lenovo laptop to factory settings. It stated that files were removed and that it needed to reinstall Windows. It has been stuck on installing Windows at 64%. It wont go any farther than that.

Resetting Lenovo laptop and everytime I attempt to do so it gets stuck at the Lenovo logo screen and says please wait without any sign of progress, what do I do?
