Windows 10: Lenovo laptop reset wrongly

I got a lenovo ideapad 314ada05 from a family member and nobody knew the password so I tried to factory reset it but I think I did it wrong because now I can't get into it. I accidentally deleted windows and probably other stuff, I'm not that great with computers. The error is in the pictures I'm adding on and every time I press okay or X it restarts and goes to the same screen. I can get into the bios but I don't know if I have to change anything. I don't know if I'm posting this in the right channel but I need help.

Factory resetting a Lenovo laptop

Hey, I am about to factory reset my Lenovo laptop and I was wondering if all of the pre-installed apps will stay on the system when I reset it. If not is there a way I can keep all of the Lenovo software and stuff installed on the laptop so it's as if I just got a new Lenovo laptop? I would really appreciate if someone could help me.

Lenovo laptop not booting after upgraded to Windows​10

Follow these steps to attempt to power reset the laptop:

• Turn off the laptop.
• Disconnect all peripheral devices that are plugged into the laptop.
• Unplug the AC adapter.
• Press and hold the power button for about 15 seconds.

You may need to do the steps repeteadly until you get the recovery options.
