Windows 10: Lenovo laptop start problem

Hi, when I start my laptop it keeps showing a blue screen with a boot menu, there is written ''probleem oplossen'' which means solve problem and ''de pc uitzetten'' which means shut down pc. And when I click on solve problem there appears 6 options, but neither of them work. And when I hard restart my laptop by holding the off button for 5-10 seconds and then start it again it's still at that screen.... I just want it to start properly and get me to my home page. What can I do?

Suggest new laptop/notebook

If portability is the main goal, in spite of graphics topping your requirement list, I'd rather go for Lenovo or Xiaomi (as far as I know, they're big players in your area) as I'm pretty much fed up with most of the traditional brands (I had terrible problems with HP, dell and acer, which's the best one among these in my experience).

So... A thinkpad as already suggested or a Xiaomi Air xx.

Fingerprint scaner does not work as expected in Lenovo laptop

What is the model of the Lenovo laptop wherein the fingerprint scanner does not work?

Since the issue involves working of the fingerprint scanner which came inbuilt with the Lenovo laptop, I would request you to contact the laptop manufacturer.

In the meanwhile you can execute the Hardware and devices troubleshooter and then check if it helps.

Windows 10 has a built-in troubleshooter to check and fix issues with hardware and devices. I would suggest you to run this troubleshooter to check if the issue is with the Bluetooth adapter. Refer these steps:

  Press Windows key + X, select
  Control panel.

  Change the view by option on the top right to
  Large icons.
  
• 
  Click on troubleshooting and click on the
  view all option on the left panel.

  Run the Hardware and devices troubleshooter.
