Windows 10: Lenovo laptop will not recognize my face, my PIN, and my password.

I power on my Lenovo laptop and the facial recognition does not recognize me. I try my PIN and that does not work. Finally, I tried my password and that did not work.I did just tried logging in with a different Outlook account and it did not work.

URGENT! PIN/FACE Password error 0x80070032

So I have 3 accounts on my Windows 10 laptop. One of them is administrator and the rest (2) are Standard. They are all local accounts. The problem is that I forgot my Password for the administrator account. So, instead of typing the password, I usually just type the PIN or use my face. Today, I tried to login in and whenever I put in my PIN or face it gave me an error (0x80070032). I restarted it countless times but the same problem persists. The only other option is to type in my password, but I forgot it.

 

Laptop PIN not recognized

My Dell Inspiron 15 laptop did not recognize my PIN when I tried to sign in (I re-entered PIN to be certain it was entered correctly). The message was "Something went wrong and your PIN isn't available" (error code 0x80280013). Fortunately, my MS password
was recognized on my second attempt to enter the password .

This is the first time I've had this problem. Is this a problem with my laptop or with Windows not recognizing my PIN?

PS: On my first attempt to enter MS password, the response was to send me a verification code via my email. This seems very illogical, since if I can't sign-on to my laptop, I can't retrieve my code! Apparently MS assumes I have an alternative means
of opening my email !

 

Not able to login to my Lenovo Laptop with PIN

Im using Lenovo Laptop.

Recently my laptop underwent windows upgrade.

Once upgrade completed, When I try to login to laptop ,it is asking for password.I only remember my PIN. I dont remember password. Even I couldn't recollect my password with password hint.

I went thru the earlier discussions on the same topic.

There were suggestions to sign in with Microsoft Account password. When I input the Microsoft account password it is telling that as incorrect

Also I dont see the options to select for PIN/Password.Its not there. Only option i get is to enter password which I dont know.

I know my PIN.Is there a way to get access to my laptop with PIN? I was using Windows 8 before my laptop went upgrade.
