Windows 10: Lenovo LOQ gaming laptop suddenly turned off and not turning on again

Hello guys. I was playing Pubg Online and suddenly i heard a noise and my laptop turned off.the charger was connected and i am not sure if it was charging or not but I'm sure that i didn't see any warning that says you are low on battery. I disconnected every thing and tried to turn the laptop on again but nothing worked.I connected the charger again and the charging light on laptop didn't turn on.I'm stuck with this problem could you please help me.what can i do?

Games folder suddenly empty Windows 10

Using Windows 10. This morning the games folder was suddenly empty. I found instructions that were for Windows 7 on how to turn on games, and tried to use the same method, but when I went to "turn windows features on and off" in the Windows 10 control
panel, 'games' isn't on the list. Any suggestions?

 

Battery suddenly turns off

my laptop is lenovo z510 updated to win10 from 8.1 with a built in battery, suddenly the battery monitor started not to descend the charging percent, 100% alltime and then suddenly it turn off, and when i charges it it appears 0% that is fully consumed,
the battery life is the same in time but its always 100% till it's fully discharged.

after several times i tried press on power button to turn it off and then the rebooting it, it became descending the percentage but it turns off suddenly in 10%, then it became worse at 20% and then it became 30%.

its the same time to consume the battery but it descends so slow and then it suddenly turn off and i can't deal with it.

would some body help??

 

PC suddenly turning off

nah, it's not that, there are no crash reports at all... The pc just turns off suddenly with no blue screen nor anything else, it just restarts point blank *Frown
