Windows 10: Lenovo Onekey Recovery suddenly come out, should I click Start

When I boot my computer I show up Lenovo Onekey recovery, I tried to reboot my computer few times but it still come up. I didnt set any recovery point so that i can only use inital backupif i click on Next it show up like thisIf i click previous, it turn back to thw first pageIf i click start, it ne

Problems logging into Windows 10 RPC Server Unavailable

Did the Lenovo come with Windows 10? If so, use the Onekey Recovery System.

Step 1

Turn off the computer and press the Novo button, located to the left of the power button on the front of the PC.


Step 2

Select "Lenovo OneKey Recovery System" using the directional keys and then press "Enter" to boot into the recovery environment.

Step 3

Click "OneKey Recovery," select "Restore From Initial Backup" and then click "Next."

Step 4

Click "Start" and choose "Yes" at each prompt to reset the Lenovo IdeaPad to its factory default condition.

I would suggest you to check if One Key optimizer program is on your computer. If it is not there, then I would suggest you to download onekey optimizer from Lenovo website and install.

Revert to Windows 7 wiped out OneKey recovery on a drive

Help! I upgraded a Lenovo laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I had network and sound issues that could not be resolved so I decided to revert using the recovery option found in settings. It appears things are back, but now I need to do a clean install
of Windows 7. There is a Lenovo OneKey Recovery button on the laptop which should boot the OneKey application to get a clean install of factory setting, but it now appears to be missing; I come up in Windows. OneKey recovery uses a separate hidden drive.

Now on the drive, I see applications, drivers and Windows10 upgrade (now empty) folders. The drivers folder still has OneKey drivers, but the applications folder does not have OneKey, but I'm not sure if it should.

Using the OneKey application from Windows 7, it let me make DVDs of the factory install, but I'm worried that the Microsoft Windows 10 upgrade changed these files too.

1. Did the Windows 10 upgrade or revert wipe out the Windows 7 factory install files? how can I verify?

2. How can I get the OneKey button to work again?

I also have these questions out to Lenovo, but they will not know what the Windows 10 upgrade or revert did.

I appreciate any help you can offer.
