Windows 10: LENOVO Performance Issues and Support Request

My Lenovo laptop about 4 years old has been freezing and requiring forced restarts, slowing down significantly, and struggling with applications like Microsoft Teams. There's also a system warning about a USB port, even though only the charging port is in use see attached screenshot. I'm worried it might eventually fail completely. Can you advise on precautions or if it's time for a replacement? Thanks for your support!

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

How to enable touch screen function on Lenovo ideapad 500

I suggest you to follow the steps mentioned below to enable touch in Lenovo idea pad. Please perform the steps and check if you can enable your touch screen.

Steps:

• Right click on the Start Menu, locate and click on
  Control Panel.
• Click on View by: Category and change it into
  Large or Small Icons.
• Click on Pen and Touch, once there click on theTouch tab and check the option
  “Use your finger as Input Device”.
