E70 upgrade from 1.xxxx to 3 xxxx

Have a new E70 as replacement for a phone that met a sticky end. Refuses to upgrade to version 3.xxxx. The phone switches off instead of getting on with the job of upgrading. The upgrade software finds the upgrade and starts doing its work, then the phone
goes dead. It works ok when disconnected and switched on again...

Ideas anyone please.

 

Manager is in File Maintenance Option on XXXX (machine details)

Unsure whether this is a Sage or Windows 10 problem, but suspect a Windows 10.

I receive the following message when I attempt to select our company to start Sage:

"Cannot log in because at present because Manager is in File Maintenance option on XXXX machine.


Remove this user from request list?

Warning. Removing users while they are currently working in the programme could cause data corruption.".

Searched for details of File Maintenance on our PC and any list of programs, but cannot find anything. When we check Task Manager to identify anything remotely similar to File Maintenance, nothing appears.

Grateful for any ideas and/or advice.

 

Unable to Activate Win 8

I was about to suggest run CMD as Admin and then do a "slmgr -ipk xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx" activation...does anyone know if that works with win8?
