Windows 10: Lenovo T14s Gen 6 ARM Office apps are crashing.

I have multiple devices within my environment that have Office apps Excel, OneNote that are crashing randomly. After reviewing some of the logs, they point to the OfficeC2RClient.exe. Have you seen this with ARM devices? I have read that the crashes can be due to the way Windows is emulating the x86 architecture. Is there truth to this or is this a known issue?P1: OfficeC2RClient.exe

LENOVO T14 GEN 3.

After installing windows and necessary drivers into my new Lenovo t14 gen 3, I then encrypt my hard drive with symantec endpoint encryption, after restarting the machine it then refuses to boot into windows.

 

Lenovo ThinkPad T14s crashes after sleep

Hi there

I found this post: Thinkpad T14s crashes after sleep - Microsoft Community that indicates that others are experiencing similar issues, but I can't say for sure it's the same issue (yet).

When my T14s goes to sleep, maybe 1 out of 50 wakes it will not resume but reboot entirely.

The Event Viewer indicates that "The previous system shutdown at XXXXX on ‎28/‎08/‎2023 was unexpected.".

I have found two repeat errors / warnings:

• Error: The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR6.
  
• Warning:
  
  • USB device draining system power when system is idle.
    
    
    
    USB Device: VID: 0x2537 PID: 0x1081 REV: 0x100
    

I have run Windows updates and Lenovo updates (incl. BIOS updates) and nothing seems to prevent this issue from occurring, and it's been happening sporadically for months.
