Windows 10: Lenovo T490 display flicker plus static

Discus and support Lenovo T490 display flicker plus static in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; I have had nothing but trouble with this Lenovo Thinkpad display.     I have had nothing but trouble with this Lenovo Thinkpad display. Usually I can manipulate my way out of this but right now I am stuck in this state and everything I have tried is either nothing or only slightly better.Specs:Lenovo T490 Intel 8th Gen CORE i5-8365U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.9 GHzWindows 11 Pro version 22H2 OS Build 22621.4317What is happening?sometimes the display works just fine and I can even go days without anything happening.Sometimes, usually opening the lid, I get a screen of static similar to a tv with no signalSometimes I get partial "static" and massive flickering Sometimes the
