Windows 10: Lenovo T490 display flicker plus static

I have had nothing but trouble with this Lenovo Thinkpad display. Usually I can manipulate my way out of this but right now I am stuck in this state and everything I have tried is either nothing or only slightly better.Specs:Lenovo T490 Intel 8th Gen CORE i5-8365U CPU @ 1.60GHz 1.9 GHzWindows 11 Pro version 22H2 OS Build 22621.4317What is happening?sometimes the display works just fine and I can even go days without anything happening.Sometimes, usually opening the lid, I get a screen of static similar to a tv with no signalSometimes I get partial "static" and massive flickering Sometimes the

DISPLAY ISSUES!!!! Lenovo Yoga 900

The display of my Lenovo Yoga 900 13-isk2 has some flickering green, red, and blue static dots on the display. This is especially noticeable when I am on an app with a black background (For example, Spotify).

I've tried......

1. Reinstalling the Display Driver from the OEM (Lenovo) and the Graphics Card maker (Intel).

2. Factory resetting my laptop.

3. Performing a clean install of Windows.

Please Help!

 

Can't connect to internet with computer set with static IP

My guess is that you made a typing mistake, e.g. typing 192.186 instead of 192.168. If this is not the case then I suggest this:

• Set the machine to DHCP.
• Check if you can ping your other machines.
• Mark and copy the command below with Ctrl+C.
• Press the Windows key+R
• Press Ctrl+V, then Enter.
  
• Repeat steps 2 to 5 for a static address.
• Post the results of Step 2 (twice!) plus the contents of the desktop file IP.txt.
