Windows 10: Lenovo T490 Laptop Shutting Down Unexpectedly

I thought that would be Windows 10 problem, my Laptop recently upgraded to Windows 11

Laptop Shutting Down Unexpectedly + Breaks Windows Audio Upon Reboot

For several months now, my Lenovo T490 laptop occasionally shuts down when:

• I lock it (with Win + L) and leaving it idle
  
• I put it into Sleep (with applications running, either by closing the lid or through Start's power menu/ALT + F4) and leaving it idle
  
• I step away and leave it idle, unlocked and powered on
  

By "occasionally", I mean that sometimes when performing the above bullet points, the system operates as expected (I return to find my laptop on and still locked, able to be awoken from Sleep, or still powered on, respectively). When this phenomenon does occur, however, I return to my laptop and find it powered off, with the small light on the power button unlit. This has occurred with the laptop both in and out of Battery Save mode.

Looking through the Event Viewer, the two events that appear consistently are:

• The previous system shutdown at [time] on ‎[date] was unexpected. (EventLog, 6008)
  
• The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly. (Kernel-Power, 41)
  

As a possible side effect, when starting the system again after such an incident, Windows starts and operates normally, but Windows Audio does not seem to start properly. I can increase/decrease/mute the volume level as normal, but no audio is heard when I play an audio file, stream something online, etc. I have found that the only solution for this is to manually restart Windows Audio through the Services application. I have also noticed that restarting Windows Audio also requires the Lenovo Hotkey Client Loader service to be restarted as well (possible source of conflict?).

The following possible solutions have not worked:

• Updating Windows
  
• Resetting the Power Plan settings in Control Panel
  
• sfc /scannow and related commands
  

Lastly, I have saved two system Event Viewer Logs (.evtx) which contain two separate instances of this phenomenon, which I can attach if needed.

Any assistance with this issue would be appreciated.

OK, first complete your system specs, as it will help us diagnose your problem. Second, can you be a bit more descriptive about the "shut off"? Does it go through the windows shut down procedure, or does the power just shut off completely?
