Windows 10: Lenovo ThinkCentre Windows 10 update to 1903 problem

I am having windows 10 1903 update hell problems. I have Lenovo ThinkCentre all in one pc.

The PC had developed a problem with touchscreen driver, that it used to flicker all by itself and show lots of bubbles. Practically making it impossible to use. I had got around this problem by disabling the touch screen.

However, the Window 10, 1903 update automatically enabled the touchscreen again and it is so bad that I can not type even the password on the logon screen.

I tried disabling touch screen from bios, but it did not work. I got blank screen.

I also tried going into the WinRE environment but that did not help either. I managed to reboot into safe mode but screen flicker problems continued. So new touch screen drivers that came with the 1903 upgrade are causing the problem. But Windows Upgrade should have respected my initial setting of disabling synaptic touch screen drivers.

I can not go to latest version of windows because upgrade has to be done in step-wise fashion. So upgrades newer than build 1903 can not be installed till 1903 is successfully installed.

Any more ideas?

Lenovo Announces New E-Series and ThinkCentre M-Series Desktops

Lenovo today announced a number of new products and updates to its ThinkCentre and Lenovo line of desktops designed for business users. The ThinkCentre M83 desktop PC is the newest member of the M Series "Tiny" space-saving desktops and the affordable new Lenovo E50-05 joins Lenovo's desktop tower series. In addition to these new products, the stylish and slim ThinkCentre E63z all-in-one is now available with Intel Core i3 processors for an even more responsive PC experience.
