    I use a Lenovo Latitude 7320 on 64-bit processor with 16GB RAM. Fantastic machine for all my grad school needs. However, I recently purchased a MOKiN USB C Hub HDMI Adapter specifically rated for my laptop and am running into issues. My device becomes horribly slow to the point where I can only type one character every 2-3 seconds when I use both my external monitors and have some combination of an Excel/Powerpoint project up while using a web browser for research. The problem is exacerbated on any website with embedded advertisements that autoplay. One of the external monitors is connected vi
