Windows 10: Lenovo Thinkpad X1 built-in camera cannot be found in New Teams.

I am using Thinkpad X1 Gen 10. It works find with Microsoft Teams, but after I migrate to Micrsoft New Teams, the built-in camera can not be found by Windows system. I have to uninstall the drivers and reboot the system. The built-in camera will work again, but once I use Microsoft New Teams, the camera will be gone again. If I used the Microsoft Teams, then it works well.Not sure what's difference between Microsoft Team and Microsoft New Team in camera control?

New Lenovo X1 Thinkpad camera hardware works but software doesn't Win 10

I purchased a brand new Lenovo X1 Thinkpad from Costco in January 2020 and only recently had a need to use the camera, which doesn't work. Lenovo warranty service tested the device by running their own operating system with the camera and told me the
camera hardware is operating fine, but for some reason there is a software issue with Win 10, and they can't figure it out and won't replace the Laptop or camera. They suggested I do a factory reset, but I'd rather not as I will lose MS Office Software I've
placed on the Laptop. Any ideas?
