Windows 10: Lenovo Web Camera won't work on Desktop Apps

Hi all, I am having issues with the camera on my Lenovo laptop. Every time I try to turn my camera on on Zoom or Microsoft Teams, I get this icon instead. I have tried restarting my laptop, shutting it down and turning it back on, and have tried troubleshooting it in settings. The light on the camera of the laptop also turns on when I use it, so it thinks it is filming, but really I always appear as this grey box with the laptop icon in it.

Lumia 830 main camera won`t start

After windows 10 update my lumia 830 camera won`t start . It says Camera won`t start . I tried other camera apps but camera still not work . Front camera working plz help me . I did hard reset , soft reset , downgraded to 8.1 but problem still persist

I assume by your comment "black screen appears in video call", you are experiencing problems in other camera apps as well, possibly Skype. If your camera isn't working in any applications this is indicative of a camera driver issue. Please try the steps
listed here to resolve your issue:

If your issue isn't resolved after running the steps, please report back with your camera make and model and the driver information you aquire from step 3.

Camera not working with Skype

Hi All
Lenovo ideapad 305 Windows 10 home 64 bit. All updates
Last worked with Skype and Zoom back around June now does not work
Camera can be seen working on Lenovo Vantage settings
but skype just shows black screen
Skype works with external USB camera
PC Settings shows camera is on, apps can access camera, skype has access, desktop app web view has access
Camera drivers are up to date. Camera does NOT appear in device manager
Skype is latest version.

Any clues as to what might be wrong?
