Windows 10: Lenovo Yoga c930-13Ikb Laptop - Windows Key/Motion Sensor Glitch? - Cannot Reassign Key

I've had my Lenovo Yoga c930-13Ikb laptop for almost two years. Recently it became very glitchy and most notably my screen will switch to the Windows Start screen with tiles and such while I'm in the middle of typing, doing a task or even when my computer is resting on a table playing a video.


It is interfering with the flow of my work and often when I switch windows the Windows Start screen will pop up instead of the window I am trying to get to. On Photoshop it is so bad that I cannot switch between tabs without it going straight to the Windows Start screen, and often when I try to click on the Photoshop icon on my task bar to return to PS from the Start screen nothing happens.


I did some research and other people have felt that this is a glitch with the motion sensor near the Start key. I believe one person fixed it by reassigning the Windows key.


All of my drivers are updated and I've searched endlessly for a way to fix this glitch but to no avail. I tried reassigning the Windows key as I suspect it is indeed a sensor issue but I cannot find a way to reassign it even after following Windows tutorials. Gnome Tweaks is a possibility to force a switch with a different key but I don't know if that would work with a Windows OS. I reinstalled firmware, I've performed every update I could but nothing has worked.


This was a pricey laptop so if anyone has any input they can share I would be greatly appreciative. ;_;

Cant recover Win 10 on Lenovo Yoga c930

I've got problems with brand new Yoga c930. Getting BSOD all the time and it restarts. On the attemps to recover or reset the system same thing happens just BSOD. I'm able to boot live Ubintu from USB, however when I try to boot recovery Windows USB that I downloaded from Lenovo it wont boot. I can see it in the Bios/Boot menu, I changed the boot order to start USB first, disabled Secure boot, but still the machine not booting from the recovery USB. Any suggestions?
