Windows 10: Let me response different system language for each App.

Changing input method is good. but not good enough.


Please let us change the system language for different app. It is unreasonable for us to reboot every time when opening a app in different language.


I did have change the system language for non-Unicode application, but the application detect my system language and revert, that is annoying.

To remove the Croatian language in Windows 10, we suggest that you follow these steps:

• Open the Settings app, select Time & Language, and click
  Region & Language.
• Under Add a language, select English, and click
  Set as default.
• Select the Croatian language and click Remove.
  
• Close the Settings app, restart the computer, and check if the issue persists.

Prevent language from automatically being changed

• Since Keyla has stopped working.
• Two.
• When I test if the language stays after switching between programs - I switch to a different program, then switch the language, then switch to the previous program.

The steps you suggested didn't work, as I don't want to remove any of the languages.
