Windows 10: LET US DECIDE - Antimalware Service Executable

Hi, I'm using windows 10, I have tried everything to disable Windows Defender and this Anti-Malware executable which uses A LOT of Disk % at random moments every day keeps coming back. I have tried disabling it using regedit, and any other "trick" found on the internet, but its always back. Can you guys give us an option to DISABLE IT? Some people like me, are not stupid, I've never felt the need of using any kind of Antivirus, or Anti Malware program, so I dont want to install one to get rid of the Windows AntiMalware process. Just LET US CHOOSE WHEN WE WANT IT ENABLED/DISABLED, ITS ANNOYING, ITS DISRUPTIVE, IT CAN FROZE YOUR PC, etc. 20 Years+ using PCs and literally the times I got my PC infected with a virus are 1 or 2. Dont "Force" Us into buying a better expensive disk, or a license for an Antivirus.

Same story for the Windows Update. I dont care about your updates and Im pretty sure other people dont care downloading updates every 3-5 days. Stop forcing people to do it.

Antimalware Service Executable problem

I am still having the problem even with the latest prerelease build. The Antimalware Service Executable process is often running and taking a lot of CPU, disk and memory. The same The Antimalware Service Executable -> Windows Defender Service ...
Too often the PC (an I7 one, 8 GB EliteBook HP) is stuck and even the response of a keyboard entry is very slow!!

Any suggestions?
