Windows 10: Let's Fix Windows 10

I don't know how else we can set the record straight about Windows 10. This software has to be the most infuriating software to ever exist; heightened by the fact that the changes that need to take place are very simple.


What we want:


- NO TELEMETRY.

Why?

Do you need an explanation? We know you sell our data to advertisers.

- QA TEST

Why?

So we don't end up with updates like 1803, 1809, and 2004. Not to mention the countless other updates.

- MICROSOFT STORE.

This needs to be killed, destroyed, and removed. No one wants this. NO ONE.

- Legacy Components

Why does the OS still scream Windows 7, XP, 98 etc?

- Xbox integration in the system plus bloatware

Really? Who uses this no users who hate it everyone.


Just fix this stupid OS man!! It's been years and we still have the same problem.


Also, please just have one settings app.

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows 8.1, and Why You Should Let Go of Windows 7

Weird same batch of steps I have. Mine however was fixing the issue for windows 8 users *Laugh :laugh:

DTS supported natively by Windows 8/8.1 and it should work on windows 10 too just DDL require to unlock your driver .
