Windows 10: Letter F in my keyboard suddenly became much harder to press compared to all other keys....

Hello,
it is hard to press the F letter compared to both D and G. it is not smooth.

is there anyway to fix this?


I have cleaned my F key but it is still heavier than other keys.


Here is summery for the problem to the best of my ability:

1. as you can see in the videos could not attach, key is working, but needs harder pressing.
2. also, if I pressed the side of the key or the corner of the key, it usually doesnt detect that it is pressed; the other letters are much easier to press even in their side or corner
3. Once the key is pressed, it becomes easier to press again, but still heavier than other keys.
4. Once I leave key for some time, the key is again harder to press.

Possible to make shift key stick until letter is pressed?

It;s a bit cumbersome, but if you open the OnScreen Keyboard and press the Shift key, highlighting it, and type a letter on the OSK or on your keyboard, it will type the letter in Upper Case and then go back to Lower Case for any remaining letters you type. Of course, you could just press the Caps Lock key on your keyboard, type a letter and then turn Caps Lock Off for the remaining letters, just as well.

 

Win 10 I have drives c, f, g when installed new printed drive f disappeared and only shows g how can i make compute showdrive f

• Press Windows logo key + S on your keyboard.
• Type diskmgmt.msc on the search box and hit Enter.
• Look for your missing drive on the Disk Management window.
  
• Right-click on it and give it a new drive letter.

The alphanumeric keys by default when pressed give numbers instead of letters
