Windows 10: Letters and Icons weird after changing resolution

Hello everyone. So last week I tried changing resolutions on my Nvidia graphics card through their app but it seems it messed up something with my windows since im getting these weird letters and the icons and letters that are supposed to be round have now square edges on them and its really distracting, anyone know how to fix? I have the latest drivers, tried messing with the TV settings, already tried cleartype and already tried changing the scale but nothing fixed it. Weird desktop icon behaviour on Steam

Yes, they are; however, when I right click on the "blue sphere" icon to change it and browse to the corresponding folder inside the Steam folder, it lets me go through all the steps, but the blue sphere remains. *Confused

 

Change resolution without seeing

I suggest you to follow the steps below. Check if it helps.

• Press Windows key on the keyboard
• Click on settings
• Go to Display
• Click on Advance display settings
• Change the resolution (1280x1024 recommended)

Try to boot into Safe Mode with Networking or Enable low-resolution video.

To enter into low-resolution mode
in Windows 10 in change the settings in it, follow the steps given below.

• Restart your PC.
• Press Shift + F8 before the Windows logo appears.
• Click See Advanced Repair Options.
• Click Troubleshoot.
• Click Advanced Options.
• Click Windows Startup Settings.
• Click Restart.
