Windows 10: Letters being/not being produced when letters are being pressed.

I am using Windows 11 on an Asus laptop with an external keyboard and mouse. The left hand side of the alphabetic section of the external keyboard produces more letters when a key is struck, whereas the right hand side of the alphabetic side of the external keyboard, nothing happens. They keyboard and mouse, which are part of a set, were purchased on Friday 16 May 2025, so, therefore, are virtually brand new.I have uninstalled the driver and reinstalled the driver with the same effect through device manager in Settings and Control Panel, with no effectThis has happened with the previous keyb

letter on a key, when pressed, produces a letter but not the one on the key. Could I have inadvertently kit something on my computer that changed the letter key ' screen correspondence_ For example, I typed a question mark after correspondence but look

• Open Disk Management (press [Win] +[R], type "diskmgmt.msc", and press [Enter]).
• In the lower pane, right-click on the partition that you want to change drive letter, and click "Change Drive Letter and Paths"
• A dialog should come up, showing the partition's current drive letter. Even if it is correct, click [Change].
• From the dropdown, select any new letter, and then [OK] your way back to Disk Management. And check if it helps.

Cannot change drive letter

• Now right click on the drive and select Change drive letter or path.
• Select the drive and click on Change.
• Now select the drive letter and click on OK.
