Windows 10: LG monitor flickers with weird black pattern when typing

Hey everyone, So the issue I am having seems to right now only occur when I'm using EDGE. Seems to happen more when I click on a video and it goes to Bing video and starts playing, even when I stop the video and start typing I have this weird pattern that pops up on my screen its sort of checkered. Sometimes it goes from Left top side of screen 1/4 of the way down to the right side, sometimes half of the upper portion of the screen does it. It happens randomly. I have not seen it happen when I am using steam, or premiere pro, or any other apps. I've tried using Nvidia screen record to capture

Screen flickers and goes black

Nothing worked thing is i flickers a bit then turns black on the computer screen but doesn't flicker or go black on the monitor also when i restarted my computer and got to the home page it went black again i tried the 2 videos im trying the steps below rn

 

why my monitor flickering

The monitor suddenly flickering in this afternoon. The weird thing is the monitor keep flickering when I turn it to brighter. It wont flickering if the monitor is dark.
