There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

I understand that Microsoft Expression Encoder 4 SP2 has been made free. Is there a particular license on the use of the Expression Encoder SDK? I am interested in incorporating the SDK into a project in order to capture a screen recording by utilizing
the ScreenCaptureJob class.

Has the library been replaced with with a different SDK that can accomplish the same task?
