Windows 10: license expiration on this machine

I owned the machine for several years now and now it says I need to activate it. It is activated before and I dont want to buy a new product key on this. I have Windows 11 and I dont think it is necessary to get a new license. Someone tell me what is going on.

The vendor installed a non-genuine license. Windows 10 Enterprise is only for large organizations that install Windows 10 in bulk to hundreds or thousands of computers. It is not for individual use.

Type of windows licenses required for permanent Virtual Machine

What type of windows licenses required for permanent Virtual Machine?

For example I want to run a windows 10 enterprise virtual machine, it has an expiration date. I do not want to redownload the file after expiration date due to my data cap.

What kind of license do I need on my main machine (the one that is running the vm) to be able to run vm permanent without a license or extend expiration date.

If that is not an option and have to license the virtual machine, what license would I need?

Whenever I open my PC, after 15-20 seconds I see on my screen this message: ,,Your Windows license will expire soon''. How can I solve it? I searched it on Internet, but I couldn't solve it. Please help me. Give me clear steps that I have to follow.
