Windows 10: license key for winzip

i bought a license key for winzip driver update and it wont accept my key because it tells me i need to check the firewall or internet i have checked the internet its fine but i dont know what to do on the firewall please help

If you are trying to remove it, I suggest you to follow the below steps and check if it helps.

• Press Windows + X keys and select Programs and Features.
• Select the WinZip app or the updater and select
  Uninstall.
• Restart the machine and check if it is removed.

winzip 19.5 compatibility with windows 10

Windows 10 Compatibility center says Winzip 19.5 in not Compatible to Windows 10.

I suggest you to try the steps below check if it helps.

You may be able to fix this using Default Programs.

• From the taskbar, click on the Start button and then click
  Default Programs (on the right side of the Start menu)
• Click the hypertext link to Associate a file type or protocol with a program
• Scroll down to .zip and click it to select it
• Click Change Program
• If WinZip appears in the list of Recommended Programs, click it to select it and click
  OK
• If WinZip does not appear at all in this dialog:
  • Click Browse
  • Click Computer in the left pane of the dialog that displays
  • Double click Local Disk (C in the right pane
  • Double click Program Files
  • Double click WinZip
  • Locate and click winzip32.exe to select it
  • Click Open

WinZip should now appear in the list of
Other Programs. Select it and click OK.
