    hello I have free ubdate from windows 8.1 to windows 10 and I don't have now old pic I don't have any more the email adres anymore where can be license how I can find product key now if is that impaseble

    Ich bin Marcel, unabhängiger Berater.

    Hast du Windows 10 mit einem Microsoft Account verknüpft?

    Dann benötigst du lediglich deine Zugangsdaten.

    Bei einem Laptop, oder PC denn du vorinstalliert gekauft hast, müsste entweder hinten, oder unten auf dem Gerät ein Aufkleber mit dem Produkt Key zu finden sein.

    Hallo zusammen,

    Windows 10 streikt auf meinem Zweitgerät. Ich habe mir das WIN 10 Tool auf einen Stick geladen und will es auf den Computer aufspielen.
    Wenn die Frage nach dem Produkt Key kommt, wo bekomme ich den?

    Auf meinem Microsoft Konto finde ich ihn nicht.

    Wer kann mir weiter helfen.

    Convert a Windows 8pro product key to a Windows 10pro produkt key

    Hi Andre,

    Thank you for contacting Microsoft community.

    I suggest you to Uninstall the license using the following steps.

    • Press Windows key + X
    • Click Command Prompt (Admin)
    • At the command prompt, type: slmgr.vbs -upk
    • Press Enter, this will uninstall the product key from the computer.
    Further on, install Windows 8.1 activate the copy with the product key on the new machine. Then again upgrade the same to Windows 10 using Window Update or Media Creation Tool.
