Windows 10: Life cam camera adjustment on windows 10

ן HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT A Life cam camera and there seems to be no way to improove resolution or color on WINDOWS 10. I need that for Zoom - my face is red like I fell asleep in the sun...

Adjusting settings in life cam in Windows 10

how are you? Thank you for your reply. Unfortunately this does not answer my question. The issue is the ability to zoom on a desktop the life cam video image in Skype. The current image is too far away and I wish to make it just a portrait of my face and upper
torso.

Unfortunately, Microsoft is made to life cam software for earlier versions incompatible with Windows 10. So there appears to be no way to adjust camera settings.

Also, the camera app assumes that you have a touchscreen. So here again there is no way to adjust the settings.

Is there any way to do this?

Let’s try to update the cam driver manually and check if it helps. Follow the below step:

• 
  Press (Windows key + X) and click on “Device Manager”.
  
• 
  Expand “Imaging Device”.
  
• 
  Right click on the Cam device and select
  update.
  
• 
  Once update is done, restart the computer.
  

If the issue still persist try the below method provided.

Method 2.

I would recommend you to go to the below provided link and download the latest updated cam driver and installed it in compatibility mode and let us know the status. Follow the below steps:

• 
  Right-click on the setup file of the driver and select Properties.
  
• 
  Select Compatibility tab.
  
• 
  Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.
  
• 
  Let the driver install and then check the functionality.
  

If the issue still persist, I would suggest you to wait for some time until Microsoft does not
release the Microsoft life cam HD3000 driver.

Microsoft Life Cam software not working with Windows 10 (64 bit)

For your information, kindly note that the life cam Cinema new cameras are not detecting by windows 7 OS. It is detected by new apps called camera that comes with windows 10 or windows 8 only. But, this camera apps is missing with all important features
like video settings, true colour feature, brightness, contrast, gamma, white balance, exposure, pan, tilt, zoom etc manually adjustable which was provided earlier with life cam software.

Incompatible issue with upgraded os does not resolve the problem. Both os os and camera are made by Microsoft. I hope, they can make the life cam software compatible with wiWindo 10. Waiting for the solution.
