Windows 10: LIFECAM VX-5000

I am utilizing Windows 10, version 1909, with my LifeCam VX-5000, web camera.

Both audio and video work on SKYPE, yet on ZOOM, the audio will not work.

On my video I see that the sound has been muted, but I can not un mute. When I test audio, the message states that

there is something wrong with my microphone. I then switch to a USB microphone, and I still receive error message.

Anyone else having this issue, and if you were able to fix, how does one do that?

Is there any way at all to get LifeCam Studio 5000 to work with Windows 10 or not?

I bought LifeCam VX-5000 - does not show up as an APP ??

Have you looked in File Explorer, C:\, Program Files or Program Files (x86)?

It may be in a folder named for the maker of the software.

You can also search for LifeCam or VX-5000.

By the way it is not an app but a program.
