Windows 10: Light halo around screen hedges, brand new pc.

2 days old PC. Is it normal ? Windows 11 pro. I've noticed the halo gets less visible if I select darker desktop themes and almost non visible on Lenovo's own themes.

Halo 5: Forge app crashing on splash screen

I've had this problem too. The solution for me was to navigate to "Settings" -> "Apps & features" click on "Halo 5: Forge" in the list and select "Advanced options". From there I just hit "Reset" and it would launch fine without it crashing at the Halo
splash screen.

Thing to note is that I also uninstalled the Halo app. I'm not sure whether this had an effect on it working or not.

 

Brand new PC - black screen

Brand new PC Windows 10. (can't see my Windows Version number)

I loaded Firefox, NoteTab light and Zoom. I shut the PC off and when I restarted it a few hours later, I got a black screen. The mouse works because I see the pointer moving.

How do I get it to work?

brand new NOT REFURBISHED.

With nothing but a blank black screen and unable to type anything, I feel that I can't fix it.
