Windows 10: Light text printed on some but not all Documents

I have been trying to find a solution for some time now. When printing from certain programs or pages our black print is extremely faint. Say I print an email, all assigned text is light but the original typed message will print dark as it should. If I go to print an invoice from one of our web based programs all text and lines print light but our embeded company logo will print dark. I have unistalled all print drivers and reinstalled which leads me to believe its a windows issue. Any help would be appreciated.Thank You,

Microsoft PDF and Document Writer not working

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps to resolve XPS document writer issues.

• 
  Right click on empty area on Desktop, click on Create and select New text document.
  
• 
  Open the created text document and type some text (input text as you desire, save and close text file)
  
• 
  Again open the text document, click on File tab and click on Print.
  
• 
  Select the Microsoft XPS writer and click on Print button.
  
• 
  You may select the location to save the file.

Printing Word Document

Created a word document and saved it in Rich Text Format (.rtf). Will not print. Office 2007 program pops up and "suggests" I subscribe to Office 365. Just need to print or email this document....tried to convert to PDF, but is blocking my efforts.

Any suggestions??

• How you trying to scale the documents?
• Which application you are using for scaling the documents.

I would suggest you to try the following steps and check if it helps.

1. Press control key + p.

2. Now select the number of pages you want to scale while printing.

3. Click apply.

4. Now click on print.
