Windows 10: Lightshot doesn't works , not showing in system tray

Dears,My lightshot doesn't works at all and never shows in system tray I have read all the articles related to lightshot issue .My windows is up to date.I have uninstalled the Snipping tool from windows.I tried to run/install lightshot as administrator After installation lightshot doesn't shows in system tray , everytime i try to open it from start it never opens but it shows in task manager that program is running.

Windows doesn`t start. Authomatic repair doesn`t work.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.

Exactly. I even set to open Lightshot as Administrator when the windows starts, but it still doesn't show in the system tray. I even tried to install older versions of Lightshot but the problem persists. I don't know what to do anymore.

Yes, thank you. You're right but with one condition: if a user didn't reinstall the Lightshot.

If a user uninstalled and installed Lightshot, it's too late because there is no Lightshot icon in the System tray after installation.
