Windows 10: Lightshot screen grab app with DUAL graphics cards.

I just got a mobo with an Intel IRIS GPU and a Geforce RTX3050. HDMI 1 belongs to the secondary Graphics card : GEFORCE RTX3050HDMI 2 belongs to Intel i9-1200H IRISA monitor is connected to either HDMI1 or HDMI2 physically.When the monitor is connected to HDMI_2 IRIS , Lightshot does not trigger with prtscn or appear in the icon tray. When the monitor is connected to HDMI_1 GEFORCE It works as per normal and the lightshot icon appears in the system tray.Is there a registry fix to swap adaptors that lightshot is connected to?

Hi,

Your computer makes a noise or beeps from your internal speaker because it failed to detect the graphics card. What we can suggest is for you to try cleaning your graphics card with a pencil eraser. Here are the steps below:

• Turn your computer off.
• Pull out your video/graphics card.
• Rubbed the cold contacts with soft pencil eraser.
• Connect your video/graphics card back to the computer.

Kindly note that this is just a temporary fix. If the case still continues, I suggest that you contact your graphics card's manufacturer.

I request you to try the following steps:

Uninstall and Reinstall the Graphics Card Drivers.

Step 1: Uninstall the Graphics Card
Drivers

• 
  Right click on the Start menu.
  
• 
  Click on “Device Manager” from that list.
  
• 
  Search for the Graphics Card
  from the device list, right click on it and then select “Uninstall”. On the un-installation window, if you have an option: “Delete the driver software for this device” you may select that and then remove the corrupted drivers
  from the computer.
  
• 
  Follow the on-screen instructions to complete it and then restart the computer if prompted.
  

After the restart, please go ahead with the next steps to install the latest drivers and check if that resolves the issue.

Step 2: Go to the Computer or Graphics Card
manufacturer’s website and search for the latest Windows 10 drivers available for the
Graphics Card model and then install it by following the instructions given in the website.

Lightshot App Not Working / Lightshot Çalışmıyor

Merhabalar, windows 11 bilgisayarıma, lightshot isimli bir program indirmiştim. İlk indirdiğimde çalışıyordu fakat sonraki günlerde birden çalışmamaya başladı. Premium virüs programı kurmuştum. Ondan olacağını düşünerek, virüs programını kapattım ve lightshot uygulamasını tekrar indirdim. Fakat lightshot hiçbir şekilde görev çubuğuna gelmiyor ve prnt tuşu ile çalışmıyor. Kısaca uygulamayı açmaya çalıştığımda tepki vermiyor.



Sorunla ilgili; ilk önce windows C: diski üzerinden, lightshot ve skillbrain ile ilgili bütün klasörleri sildim. Daha sonra %appdata% üzerinde dosya kaldı mı kontrol ettim ve sildim. Regedit üzerinden lightshot ve skillbrains dosyalarını aratarak tek tek sildim. Daha sonra lightshot programını tekrar indirdim. Ve hala aynı sorun var, görev çubuğunda lightshot yok ve çalışmıyor.

Hello, I downloaded a program called lightshot to my windows 11 computer. It was working when I first downloaded it, but in the following days it suddenly stopped working. I installed premium antivirus. Thinking would be from it, I turned off the antivirus and downloaded the lightshot app again. But lightshot does not come to the taskbar and does not work with the prnt key. In short, when I try to open the application, it does not respond.



Regarding the problem; First I deleted all the folders related to lightshot and skillbrain from the windows C: disk. Then I checked if there are any files left on %appdata% and deleted it. I searched the lightshot and skillbrains files through regedit and deleted them one by one. Then I downloaded the lightshot program again. And still same problem, no lightshot in taskbar and not working.



What would be the reason? Can you please help me?
