Windows 10: Like what you see keeps disappearing

I love the Windows Spotlight and learning about where all the pictures are from, but on my new laptop that feature disappeared after a couple of days. I have changed personalization settings, no luck. I've done other things I found on here that involved erasing folders and that would work, but only for a couple of days. What do i need to do to fix it permantly?

I did what was suggested, but my model list looks different from the one shown in the tutorial provided.





I chose the Realtek High Definition Audio, since that's the one I (think) I've selecting through my method mentioned in my original post. Can't tell yet if that's permanently fixed the issue, so I'll get back to this thread if anything's changed or not after a couple of days.

 

Help! My Pointer Keeps Disappearing

This is so uncomfortable.

My pointer keeps on disappearing. This is the 3rd times.

The 1st time it happened, i googled many articles and tried many suggestion and i have no idea which one act works.

The 2nd time i was just very lucky that the pointer return after my windows auto update.

This time, it disappear again after my laptop did the auto update.

I tried the sfc scan. But because my pointer is missing i can't do the whole step by step suggested.

I can't right click or double click.

I can only use touch screen.

Plz help! This is very irritating, help!
