Windows 10: Limited access in Windows 11

I bought a new Lenovo Laptop with a Windows 11 Pro 23H2 already installed on it from its reseller. During installations of the software, I sometimes get an error of "Page not available - Your IT administrator has limited access to some areas of this app..". For example, I wanted to disable the Real Time Protection and got this error. The account I'm using is the only account on the Laptop and it's defined as administrator, so I assume it's referring to an account the seller created for installing the windows and also resetting it before selling me the device.My question is - how to I cancel

I did a Win 11 Recovery but now it's saying pages are limited by IT

I'm pretty familiar with Windows having started with 95. I did a Win 11 recovery on this laptop and all went well. Now when I try to do a Quick Scan with Defender, and I'm finding other places I usually access, it says access is limited by an IT? When I go to Accounts I'm listed as Administrator. I've used suggestions of various ways to change this but it seems the Windows still wants to limit my access to things like Quick Scan and even Virus Protection is not showing or allowed? Limit microphone access

How do I limit an app's access to my microphone if that app is not even on the list of apps that are allowed to use the microphone but uses it anyway?
