Windows 10: limited access

When I log on to my laptop I can longer access my own desktop or programmes. I am the administrator on this laptop. There may have been a windows update preceding this problem. Is there a fix for this? I have tried reset and restore options and Restoro. However, when I re-boot I am only offered the same access as a "Guest" would be offered.Thanks

Limited internet access.

After I upgraded to Windows 10 my internet access is only limited. How do I restore full functionality? Thanks for any insight or suggestions.

 

Limited Access Error

Hi,

I am running on Windows 10 on my Lenovo Laptop, I have tried updating my drivers. I have checked on Youtube & followed the steps on CMD, nothing helps. My internet connection drops out & shows limited access, I have to disconnect & connect again... whereas
the wifi connection is stable with my android phone. So, its definitely something wrong with my OS. This issues only started after I upgraded from Windows 8.1 to Windows 10.

Kindly suggest.
