    Hello, I am facing this problem, Line Blinking at the top whenever I try to power on my Computer, So please help me to fix this problem Moreover my Keyboard and Mouse are not working So I can't do any Reboot through any Key or Command...

    Blinking line in display with various length on Windows 10.

    Original title: Line in display

    There is a line, about 1/3 of a character high, 5/8 of the way from the top and in the right half of the screen. The line is blinking and varies in length. The last time this happened, a display driver reinstall solved the problem. The current problem is
    on a lap top (HP Envy dv7) but I have seen the problem on the desk top.

    How do I force a display driver re-installation?

    GPU-Z what command line parameter ?

    Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile Line Blinking at the Top.. :)

    Line Blinking at the Top..

    Blinking (Glittering) lines

    After upgrading to Windows 1o. on my Dell laptop, glittering /blinking lines start during sessions. They may start a minute or two after I turn on the computer and may go off and/or come back several times.

    If I go back to before upgrading the lines problem does not happen.
