Windows 10: Line in sound, does not work. I cant get any output then on my speakers

I have an 3.5mm audio plug that plays from an BOSS ME 90 guitar multiopedal. it is just connected to headphone jack.this cable goes to my PC, and connected to Line In.I see in windows when i select the input, i see the audio in the bar, reacting to the sound, looks ok.but i then choose to have my sound ouput through my speakers, i hear nothing.This seems to be some error in windows11?

Windows 10 audio stutters regardless of driver or output used, more noticeable on the toslink and surround sound.

• What device are you using? A laptop or a computer?
• Its a desktop, i listed the components in the original post.
• Do you have an external speaker?From which device does the sound come out from? From the TV or from the device?
• I listed the outputs in the original post. The issue exists on all outputs and exists on the tv speakers, surround sound speakers, and headset.
• What other troubleshooting steps have you tried so far?
• I have listed the troubleshooting steps that i can remember in the original post.

 

I can't use my TV's speakers as an output

Based on your description, I understand that your Samsung TV is now not outputting sound as a speaker, and you have tried updating the drivers as well as reinstalling the device. I think you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

• Change the sound output device
  

1. Changing the speakers in Windows settings is easy. To do so, right-click the speaker icon in the taskbar. In the pop-up menu, select "Open Sound Settings".
   
2. The Windows Settings application will automatically open to the Sound settings page. In the top section labeled "Output", find the menu labeled "Choose where to play sound" and click once to expand it if necessary.
   
3. Below it, you will see a list of all the audio output devices detected by Windows 11. Click the circle button next to the device you want to use as audio output.
   

• Try replacing it with a DisplayPort or High-Definition Media Interface (HDMI).
