Windows 10: Line showing outside Action Center after big update today (8/5/2015)

I don't remember this line being there. After the PC restarted I now have it every time I open the Action Center. Any others have it too?

how long do you have to wait until notfication windows 10 comes up

yeah not seeing it yet

now on sunday i did change default after hours to 8 am to 5 pm to 3am to 11 am does that affect anything

so your saying when that windows update notfication should appear in windows update not going to show up in action center once it download and wants to install correct?

 

A mass request ( Things need to be added, improved, modifying or even be developed in any update or upcoming version of Windows Phone )

And also in the action center also, it again shows single lines for all the notifications. I believe that should also show complete lines.

 

I don't have it on the latest version of Windows.

By any chance did you install the modified aero theme that allows for colored title bars? If you did this appears to be one of the side effects.

 

I don't have the line either on a default install of Win10, haven't gotten around to customizing yet.

 

I downloaded then applied the colored title bar theme, but the line did not appear.

 

I did. I'll switch back to the default theme to see of that was it.

 

OK I switched back to the default theme. The line is gone, but now I notice a slight indent at the top left. I searched for some screenshots, and I see it in some, so I guess that it is normal. You have to look close at my attachment, but it's easier to see on the screen live.
