Windows 10: Line skips when drawing with Surface Pen and Windows Ink won't stay disabled?

So I have an Asus PC and I've recently been trying to use my Surface Pen to draw and write on my computer, but instead of a continuous line the pen creates a skipped line. Now I've done all the obvious solutions like restarting the computer and making sure the pen is paired, but those haven't worked. I did have this problem about a year ago, but back then it was due to an interference with Windows Ink and disabling it fixed the issue. Since updating to Windows 11, I've tried to disable Windows Ink again but it doesn't seem to stay disabled. I've tried disabling it using all the methods from th

Windows INK issue with Adobe Illustrator, surface book 2 pen input

Howdy all!

I have an issue with Adobe illustrator and windows INK and surface book 2 pen input

While using Surface pen on my surface book 2 screen in Adobe Illustrator, drawing with the PEN tool the preview is dark blue.
When using my finger, the preview line is the colour of the layer. This includes using a mouse.

But when drawing with the pen tool, the line is blue and also quite laggy in illustrator. This lag completely disappears if drawing with a mouse or my finger.

So I am trying to work out if Windows INK is automatically recognizing the pen and defaulting to a certain setting.
or its an illustrator or adobe setting.
There is no settings which I can find that have any effect on this automatic default.

how to disable windows ink but keep pen pressure

i have a wacom one and when windows ink is disabled i get the brushstrokes i want but no pen pressure, however when it is enabled i get pen pressure but the pen seems to stick and continue drawing even after i've lifted the pen from the surface and i get
weird curving flicks at the end, should i just uninstall the driver and install an older version or is there a way to remove windows ink but keep pen pressure?

 

Stylus Pen Scrolling interfers with drawing

I use a Huion 1060 Plus tablet to draw in Adobe Photoshop. I've noticed that whenever I zoom into my image to draw a vertical line, it just pans around the image. I can solve this by going into my tablet properties and unchecking "Enable Windows Ink,"
but it also disables the pen pressure. Is there anything I can disable? I kept messing around with the settings, but found nothing.
