    Lines more to thick after windows update


    After windows update when I trying changed the line thickness in my project the thick not change for value 0, the minimum value always is 1.Some change altered the behavior that has existed form many years.This issue is associate with .NETFramework -> System.Drawing.dll See the example below, note that the thickness 0 and thickness 1 are the same in second image.
