Windows 10: Link Inbox - Windows mail / Alternative app / New Outlook App

Hi Experts,I am using "mail" application from Windows 10 era till now on Windows 11.The reason for using of "mail application" is its feature "LINK INBOXES" as I have four different accounts Gmail, work account and Hotmail account and all inbox come under one account which feels better for managing all mailboxes in a single inbox.Now Microsoft will retire this "mail" app Version 16005.14326.22019.0 with New Microsoft Outlook 202440719002.15 but I am unable to get the same feature in this version the sad thing is that rights now I can switch back to this "mail" app from settings about - re

WINDOWS 10 MAIL APP : MULITPLE EMAIL ACCOUNT LINK INBOXES ?

Just found this old question in my threads...

The Linked Inboxes feature has returned to Outlook Mail App in November 2015.

It now works just like in Windows Phone 8 mail app:

• Start Outlook Mail App
• hit the 3 dots in lower right corner
• select "Manage accounts"
• hit "Link inboxes"
• select inboxes to link
• enter name for linked inbox
• hit "Save"

Thank you Microsoft for bringing this feature back! It took some time but the new Outlook Mail App keeps getting better and I think it now includes all features from the old WP8 mail app.

Delete mails in Outlook but want to keep mails untouch in webmail

When I deleted an email in outlook and my webmail got deleted too. I want to keep all the inbox mails from the webmail even I complete deleted in outlook. I spend hrs can't think it out how. Any step by step instruction? I'm using IMAP account btw. Thanks and Merry Christmas.
