Windows 10: Link to windows app is not working

Hi! I’m using an iPhone 16, and I’m having trouble connecting it to my laptop via Link to Windows. When I scan the QR code to link the devices, I get a message saying: “Looking for your PC to start Bluetooth pairing.” After a few seconds, it says, “Unable to complete Bluetooth Pairing,” with a Try Again button.I also tried connecting manually by going to https://aka.ms/startLinking on my phone. It opens the site, copies the info, and launches the app, but then it just tries to connect via Bluetooth again and fails the same way.I’ve already reset my network settings on the iPhone, unpaired and

At some point my "All apps" button has stopped working. Clicking on it causes the apps list to flash very very briefly then dumps me back to home screen. Everything else seems to work OK.
Anyone know where the links in that list of apps is stored? I'm thinking one of the links is broken causing the whole list to shut down, and if I remove links from the list one by one I can find it. That's the only thing I can think to try.
Unfortunately no restore points exist and Repair tools like Startup Repair Etc. does not help.
Any other Ideas / Suggestions would also be greatly appreciated.

So yeah, there's a lot of reasons why Steam Link would get rejected.

App submissions and approvals is a thing between developer and Apple. Valve intentionally let this information leak probably because Apple's restrictive guidlines will never allow Steam Link to be on the store. Valve is hoping the Steam user base makes a lot of noise so Apple grants Valve and exemption. I doubt it will work. Apple loves control and Steam Link is a portal into the Linux/Windows ecosystem. Even if Steam Link were exclusive to Mac OS, Apple would likely demand Valve use Mac OS's remote desktop features rather than Steam Link.

I'd be shocked if Apple allows it.
